This is my first venture into any sports camera so I was excited as soon as it arrived.For a novice this cam is very user friendly and there is virtually no set up apart from the basics such as date and time. Obviously things such as exposure can be played with but I haven't felt the need so far.Included in the kit is various accesories such as a bicycle mount, helmet mount, horizontal mount, curved mount and a few more extras to get you started.Personally I will be using this for holiday when I go snorkelling as it is fully waterproof without the need for case. I actually tested the underwater ability in my gyms swimming pool and although I got some very odd looks it performed fantastically well. The quality of the video actually suprised me quite a bit, especially considering the price point.Obviously at this price there is no memory card included but as I had one not in use it went straight in and peformed well. The only problem I encountered was the file format would not play the videos once I put this into my table. This is easily fixed as it is a common android issue, simply download a video player from the playstore such as vlc and all the videos play perfectly (pictures work without)Charging is nice an convenient due to the micro usb port (cable included) and the tab is nicely proofed. Once charged the 800mAh battery is plenty powerful enough for my needs.The app (qr code inside manual) is a nice little app and handy for those wearing on a helmet mount as you can change image and video options from in there. It works well and is quite a neatly made app.Overall this seems to me as great value. This tiny camera/video recorder works brilliantly underwater, there is a host of onboard effects/options, it has a great side app and does not break the bank.
